Important Note

Do not return goods without first contacting us to obtain proper documentation & shipping details. We cannot accept any responsibility for unexpected items returned to our office address.

To return products you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please complete & submit the RMA request form below. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way. We strongly recommend that they should be shipped inside extra packaging. Unfortunately, because it will limit our ability to resell the item, if these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge or reject the goods.

Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and must be insured for the full value. If we arrange to collect, we may cover this.

Returns Policy

Broken in Transit

Parcels delivered in a damaged state must be explicitly signed for as damaged. It is essential the signee writes 'damaged' across the couriers paperwork. Breakages must be reported to us within three working days of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Unfortunately, any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.

If you are refusing delivery due to concerns of damage in transit, it is very important that you make a record of the problem. In addition to making notes on the couriers paperwork, please also take photos of the damaged parts of the product, the damaged packaging and/or the whole item/s.

Ordered in Error / No Longer Required

If you are making a private purchase then you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). In accordance with DSR you may return any product provided you notify us of your decision with 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned to us unopened, unused and in 'as new' condition. The item must be received us within 28 days of notification as your own risk & expense and using returns labels/documentation we will provide. Once the item has been received and checked a refund will be issued. Special order Items (which are clearly identified at the time of sale) may not be returned. Please note that DSR applied to private individuals only.

If you've ordered the wrong item or no longer require the product we may be able take it back within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to a re-stocking fee. The product must be unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact. The re-stocking fee is typically between 10% to 25% of the purchase price. Special order items, which are clearly identified at time of purchase, cannot be returned.

Defective Product / Warranty Claim

If your product develops a fault within its warranty period, and more than 28 calendar days have elapsed since receipt, then you are entitled to a repair under warranty. In most cases warranty we will refer you directly to the manufacturer for warranty support beyond the 28 days of supply. Some product warranties include hot-line phone support and on site service, whereas with others you will be obliged to send the product back at your own expense and await repair & return.

We offer a minimum 90 day warranty on all projector lamps of any brand for faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is extended if the manufacturer's warrant exceeds 90 days, and cover commences from the dispatch date.

Incorrect Product Supplied

We work hard to ensure the right product is shipped to you but if an incorrect item is shipped we'll credit the item in full once it has been returned. Products must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact. Please contact us before ordering a replacement to ensure that we do not repeat the error.
